Our Intake Process
Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry
Complete the contact form and tell us a little about yourself and how we can help.
Step 2: Application Provided
If appropriate, a member of our team will provide you with the necessary application or program information.
Step 3: Initial Review
Applications are reviewed to determine eligibility, support needs, and program fit.
Step 4: Intake Interview
Selected applicants may be invited to participate in an intake interview to discuss goals, needs, and available services.
Step 5: Placement & Enrollment
If accepted, participants will be connected with the appropriate program, services, or support resources based on individual needs and availability.
